• Visions of Science exists to transform communities, society and the planet through equitable access to STEM.

    STEM is everywhere.

    Our most pressing challenges - from our health, to the economy, to the environment - require potent solutions rooted in STEM-based skills, literacy and education.

    Persistent systemic barriers impact and exclude some youth from full participation and opportunity. Everyday, we are losing out on untapped brilliance and innovation. We are missing the opportunity to harness their creativity and perspective, which can lead to groundbreaking discoveries and innovations.

  • We are committed to advancing STEM equity by focusing our effort towards engaging Black and other racialized youth from low-income communities across the Greater Toronto Area who often experience significant barriers to participation. Our goal is to disrupt this systematic exclusion that ultimately results in chronic underrepresentation in STEM education and careers.
